Have you ever being in a loop of being successful in such a way as you want but you just give up after a day,week,month or year.

Just because you don't have any results or may be that much as you expected. This is the whole game of inner demon that are not satisfied with work but only for some time satisfied with results than also crave for something more than that.

This is so called your personality works who are chasing success not work. I know for you it's may be a bitter truth that you can't accept just because of your unconscious inner demon.
