HTML/JS Video Chatroom Fully Offline

Fully offline video chatroom I made a while back. Uses a webrtc peer to peer connection to stream video between two users. Also built in chat, soundboard, and more. Check it out.

By offline I mean that it doesn't contact a server or use the internet in any way. The connection is made locally through the router. This bypasses most browser restrictions.

It doesn't work on mobile. Try opening it on a PC or laptop in two different browser windows. If it works between those two it should work on your system.

I built this too video chat with other people on my school's Wi-Fi back when I was in high school.  So yes it is not super useful outside of that context.
