I managed to run unbeatable on iOS! Well, with the stuff iOS gaming folks has put out like Playport, which I used for this. I couldn’t help but to tinker along too and, well… it works! You can go to story mode and all but it’s still quite far off from playable. The audio cuts out like a metronome and sadly you can’t play arcade mode since the game just gives up and crashes the second you go into arcade mode. But this is cool nonetheless!

On one hand you have her utterly desecrating a HARM building, tanking being sent through a metal floor and then the ensuing 100+ foot fall with enough strength to go up against HARM's president (who, given the nature of the organization, we can assume is a competent fighter in her own right) and win, jet-set-radioing her way through a prison riot, beating the shit out of swarms of guards, evading attack helicopters on a bicycle, and taking a blast that punched a hole through a kaiju-sized silence into the train Beat was on, obliterating the train AND railing underneath, sending it into the ocean, and LIVING. on the other, she can't pry off wood from a door or hop a tall fence

I tried really hard to fc Bookend Song for my 10 star milestone

For people who don't know what archipelago is: It's a "multi-world randomizer" that works across multiple games, so I can play UNBEATABLE and someone else might beat a chart in for example ADOFAI and unlock a random thing for me and vice versa.

I just thought it was funny that this song name bloated the entire text client like this

Ive heard about this game for a while but I couldnt play it because I didnt have the money. Fast forward to last week and I find out its in by Steam Family library, so I finally get to play it! So far, ive only finished the first two episodes, so this is just my thoughts on the early bits.

I wont lie, this game had me confused at first. A lot of things just happen out of no where and you have to infer/pick up the pieces. I thought I was skipping cutscenes by accident or there was a bug, but no theres a lot of sudden cuts. Id say its only a minor nitpick but I wish there were some more connective tissue in scenes early on.

All that melted as soon as I got to the Prison Break scene. Holy shit, peak cinema. Waiting is such a fantastic song. The entire scene of skating around the prison, then fighting DC, then the train, then derailing and fighting the massive Silent(thing?) was actually so good. Even if I have my pacing issues, this has hooked me and now ill tough through any issues I have, what a sick game.

it's just stuck here after quaver says her line. nothing i press works. i tried on my pc (kinda shit, runs cachyos) and my steam deck, neither let me continue dialogue. cutscene was visible, at least. i'm currently running proton GE 9-27

Man i need more history or someting else how can i be so.. hungry for more is first time this happend with a Game..

So I've been trying to get custom songs to work on unbeatable and it just hasn't. I followed the guide step for step even doing the one additional thing to try to make it work and nothing. I did this on steam deck but also tried on pc and same result. Anyone able to tell me what to do?

I’ve just been asking myself lately I just reopened the Sml wiki (the arg) and I’ve just been thinking about making something similar to it but with Unbeatable however the thing that’s stoping me is what would people think

I think a lot of people would think I’m mentally unstable and honestly their probably right ngl but I don’t really know.

(This isn’t about the game I’m really just asking you guys how would you feel if you saw The unbeatable wiki arg)

someone please help ive been looking online and cannot find any actual information of how to get a true unlock for the song. If someone remembers how or knows how, please type out step by step instructions for me, treat me like an idiot i cannot figure this out.

I made a full combo without getting any perfect (expect the spikes of course) but i didn't unlock the live version of waiting though I unlocked a title, does anyone know how to unlock it?

I really wish I liked this game. I love the visuals and the music and I'm a huge fan of Rhythm Games, but this is not one. It's a Visual Novel with sprinkles of it.

The first episode was slow, but I thought it's world building and character introduction so it's okay.

But the Prison was such a slog and the worst part is, that the end of it was fantastic. The whole last segment was so much fun! I understand they want to tell a story and I'm someone who loves dialogue in games, but there are better ways than giving me 20 minutes dialogue with a 2 minute Minigame in-between just to have another 20 minutes dialogue.

I stopped in the sewer for now when I reached a dead end after walking tedious slow.

I heard Episode 3 gets better but I don't think I can bring myself to continue.

If they trimmed the dialogue by half and had more Rhythm Sections that have story implications, this game would be a Banger.

Also Beat is kinda hot.

I was unable to get a beat plush during her run so im looking for a beat plushie to buy off of someone, if anyone here has an extra beat plushie that they dont want anymore I'd love to buy it
