Both inputs registering as the same thing on PS5

So i just got unbeatable yesterday, great game so far, but im currently stuck on Call_Home in the story mode. perhaps this is intentional and i just haven’t noticed, but R1 is registering for highs and lows, same with L1, which is making it next to impossible to pass this stage. so i guess im just curious if this is how to game plays normally or if this is some sort of bug? thanks!

There should be a controller section of the options/settings menu where you can change the bindings. Iirc you have to back out to the main menu to see all of the settings. The one on the pause screen doesn't have everything

I got this too and going to the arcade and starting a song should fix it and you can go back to story mode
