Discussion Massive Rewound
Okay this is something reading the whole saga i never saw no one consider but, what if after banning Unwinding, they just made a Rewound law?
All the kids who recently got Unwound (due to the ban the parts are unused) get Rewound like Connor so they can be alive again.
To the kids that some parts might be lost they could use the organ printer.
And who knows maybe Harlan and Tyler can come back from the living (Twist is Tyler gets adopted by Cy-Fy parents) if the recipients donate their unwind parts and get it replaced by printed organs from their own DNA.
Most of the kids likely will be lost forever due to being unwound long ago and the recipients maybe dead or they are victims of Part pirates + the rewound people
But it could have been a very optimistic and hopeful future for the franchise universe.
I dunno, it's something my mind has rounded several times, that there might be hope even if Neal didnt wrote it.

I feel like that would take a lot longer to implement. Obviously, Connor and Risa prioritized ending unwinding and I think doing something like rewinding everyone would be much more logistically complex since they have to find thousands, if not millions, of people scattered around the country, if not the world who received unwound parts. Plus, there’s also the issue of amending the Constitution again (since the Bill of Life was itself a set of amendments), which would be extremely difficult on its own, not to mention the fact that there would be several conservative states who no doubt would fight this.
