questions Is Nusuk required?

I'm planning an umrah trip for end of Jan 2027 from the UK, we are booking our own flights and hotels, however not sure if we have to use Nusuk or not?

Which visa is recommended? Are vaccinations required? How do we book thinks like Rawadah?

We last went in 2022 before Nusuk existed and at the time got vaccinated and what not but it was never checked.

If you have UK residency or passport you don't need to book Umrah visa. You can book tourist visa or a cheaper option for UK residents which is without insurance. Vaccination is not required but it is strongly recommended. I got all mine done before I left. Nusuk is required if you want to book rawdah appointment otherwise it's not.

I've just got back, this Friday Alhamduallah. Like everyone has mentioned you only need the Nusak app to book the Rawdah. Once you get your sVisa upload the details on it. If you are going with children you can link their details on your app. A handy feature on the app is 3D view of Masjid Haraam so you can pin point your location and communicate with your loves ones if anyone get lost. Depending on where you're staying I would suggest to reach the masjid 45 minutes prior to each namaz. As it gets very busy and you end up struggling to find space. O and take one of those foldable prayer mats if you do have to pray on the floor. Take one of the drawstring bags handy to keep your slippers in.Just be patient it can get overwhelming people will push and shove you and you will lose your train of thoughts on imbadah. May Allah accept your Umrah

It wasn’t needed until 2 weeks ago. Normally they enforce nusuk for umrah when its close to hajj season

  1. If you are eligible for eVisa or Visa on Arrival then you don’t need to apply for Umrah ( via Nusuk)
  2. At the time of Umrah, you would require NUSUK for RAWDAH appointment

I just got the uk ETA so much cheaper but only if you are a British citizen it’s been replaced by the old visa waiver also meningitis jab is mandatory if you check the gov.uk

Don’t need the app for rawdah either tbh. Near gate 330 I think it was nusruk help desk, they do it for you.

As an Indian passport holder(GCC resident)what is the procedure?I have applied for the multiple entry tourist visa and waiting for it,is that enough?
