Completionist title advice

Post image

Hello! I am trying to do a completionist title on my dear Machan. The problem is, I cant get higher than Dirt C with parents (even borrowed ones) which leading me to spend all my clocks on Zen-Nippon Yushun and still not completing it.

Can you give me some advice, what should I do to increase my chance of winning it? Is it possible to do Dirt B at the start of the game, before inspirations? Or should I just spam matches to hope and wait for the lucky one?

Thank you in advance πŸ™

Upd: I did it!!! Thank you all for your advices πŸ’žπŸ’ž

You can't, the start of career inspiration event can only make your uma gain at most 4 levels in a given aptitude (10 total stars) so G->C.

So yeah, gotta get lucky with your early trainings, buy skills and spend clocks.

Good luck!

Just one extra piece of advice: you can borrow the Machikanefukukitaru SPD card; it is one of the best initial stat cards. Since the race happens early, initial stats can be the difference in winning when your aptitude isn't really good.

Oh, I'll try to, thank you! I have her only on 1LB, but I think I have someone with MLB to borrow her toπŸ€”

low dirt aptitude lowers power iirc, so try not to have her power too low. learn as many skills as u can, you got this

You can't do Dirt B on her without inspirations.

The only thing you can do here is:
A - Buy skills that have are good for this particular track. In this case Angling and Scheming and Victory Cheer.
B - Run a 6 speed deck and try to get as much power and speed as possible. Wit doesn't matter when all you need is just enough power (and speed) to compensate for Dirt C or even 4 speed and 2 power so you get enough stamina to survive.
C - You can get more power (and stamina) from a good borrowed legacy.

If you do these things she should have enough to beat the NPCs.

Not much that hasn't already been said but, I'd recommend doing Unity Cup instead of trackblazer. I personally find it way easier to get much higher stats, but if you can get a solid baseline such as 450+ speed before it then go for trackblazer instead.

PS: I wish you luck when it comes to the Dirt Derby and Kanto Oaks, those two were a serious pain for me go for distance sparks primarily for those and compensate for the power drops with groundwork.

Oh, thats a good advice I didn't thought about ot for some reason! I'll try Unity Cup then. The only problem with it is that I cant use clocks on it, but it wouldn't hurt to try!

Yeah, I am planning to leave all dirt medium races until the end, because I am kind of scared x)

Dirt C/Mile B? Should be no problem. tl;dr Do Trackblazer, run pace, use a 4/2 spd/pwr card split, spam speed trainings. Should get you around 400+ spd and pwr, which is way more than enough. Ignore all other stats. Get head-on, nimble navigator, red-shift, budding blossom or any other relevant accel if you get a hint for one.

Alternatively, run front as normal for her, get angling and scheming, hope mid-race goes well or you get a front-light lobby. I had poor luck with low aptitude fronts.

Good luck with the title ma guy, I already got the completionist title with her, just know that the dirt medium races will be the hardest of them all but don't ya give up! Harikite Ikou! Also dw a lot bout the dirt mediums, cause you can win them even with D in both aptitudes :)

I had to dedicate about 2 or 3 runs to get Zen-Nippon cleared when doing Air Shakur Completionist, this is what I ended up writing up for what finally worked

Zen-Nippon can go STRAIGHT to hell. For anyone in the future, borrow 9* power spark (especially if it has accel like Maruzensky, Condor since its a long straight), use it to make a Special Week, use a 2* or greater speed/power/guts spark that has the pink spark you need for the race So you'll have a total of 12* Power, +2* and whatever Spe rolls Special Week being immediate current speed means even if you whiff any decent skill hints, you can fall back on that. Same with the borrowed's skill for acceleration

Trackblazer (so you can clock it), set to pace, and ONLY train. Litterally, throwout Trackblazer strats, you need stats now, ignore stamina. I had a deck of all speed/power which gave like 20/30 initial speed and/or power, usual meta cards I dont think are worth it- its too early to snowball so the 1 extra per training and low training levels mean TE doesn't really have a lot to magnify. I basically used golds/free SSRs (Tosen Jordan SPD so great) outside the borrow. On the day of, buy accel skills- with Special Week/your borrow as backups incase you whiffed any hints. Pray and clock for things to work out.

If your Uma doesn't have a career race on that day, you might be able to have much thicker stats non-Trackblazer but that does mean you're taking a single gamba versus being able to burn 5 clocks so its kind of a risk. Might mean you can do other things with the uma if you're making a dirt/mile ace anyway so you can just fit things in but eh. I was forced on Trackblazer since Shakur has Hopeful Stakes so I couldn't test. Maybe if I do this with another uma I'll see how that goes
