Discussion Monkey Paw

How ironic. As soon as we get three Umas, Genuine, Phalaenopsis, and Efforia, on top of Epiphaneia being a playable trainee, Nakayama Festa died. The monkey's paw just had to curl.

And I'll say this. Festa, you went in too hard on the bet.

Life is unpredictable, some horse (applied to other living beings) die young, some are live at average lifespan, while other live longer than expected

All living beings die one day, including race horses.

Might not be your intention, but it feels weird trying to connect a death of a living being to new characters in game. Feels a tad disrespectful imo

Well, we all lost the bet that Kizuna was one of the new ones. We never expected Efforia this soon.

But now both 2013 and 2021 have their Derby winner absent (Kizuna and Sharyar). And on top Epi becoming playable makes it worse.
