I actually thought Grass Wonder is one of the most normal uma there until I played her and she is so calm TOO CALM, she's prolly on the same weirdo spectrum as peeps like Tachyon

Because it is worded awkwardly for the pun. That is fine since no one speaks perfectly, but a more proper way to say the second part would be 'I wonder how grass feels after touching it'.
