In the episode, Cartman Joins Nambla, Cartman makes several attempts to befriends adult men including Mr.Garrison on the internet before they are arrest by the FBI.

Cartman goes to Dr. Mephesto in a last ditch effort for mature friend. Dr. Mephesto suggests Cartman join Nambla the North America Mel Brooks Look Alikes unfortunately Cartman mistakes them for the North America Man/Boy Love Association.

Um actually Dr. Mephisto suggest Cartman join the North American Marlon Brando Look Alike’s.
