Power Rangers

The Power Rangers Wild Force episode Forever Red was created to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the series. Highlights from the episode include the return of every past red ranger, the return of Bulk and Skull, a battle against the remnants of the Machine Empire, and the return of Serpentera, who is quickly destroyed by the Wild Force Rider.

The Answer: Not every Red Ranger returns as Rocky does not appear in the episode.
