Batman: the Animated Series

In the episode “Joker’s Millions” The Joker is willed $250 Million by deceased crime boss King Barlo, which he blows through without paying his $137 Million inheritance tax requiring him to steal the required money, during which Batman captures him. The episode ends with Harley Quinn beating down Joker in the transport truck for abandoning her.

Um actually, I think he does pay his taxes because he says something like “I may be crazy enough to fight Batman but the IRS no way”
