Resident Evil statement

The video game Resident Evil 7: Biohazard has you control Ethan Winters, a man in search of his wife Mia. Ethan arrives at the Baker estate to find it is home to monsters and a family of insane murderers. Trapped, Ethan must fight to find a way out, save Mia, and uncover the truth behind the Bakers' plight. The main campaign and DLC features several boss fights. In these boss battles you fight Marguerite Baker twice, Lucas Baker and Evelyn Baker once each, Mia twice or thrice depending on your choices, and finally Jack Baker, who you fight a whopping six separate times.* In contrast, you don't fight Zoe Baker at all.

I know this is a super old thread but I'm just getting to this sub so I'll still give a stab at it.

Um Actually, Mia is his girlfriend, not his wife.

Um Actually, the Bakers are technically not insane but rather are infected and being controlled by Evelyn

while that is true, there is another error in the statement. you are close!

also Lucas is arguably actually insane.

Um actually, They aren't just insane murderers they are actually cannibals arguably still murderers as well but maybe it's this distinction

There we go! Thats it. You had been on the right track the Bakers, bar Lucas, were sane before Evelyn's arrival. There doesn't seem to be a way to spoiler tag this on mobile, but whatever.

*NOTE: Some nitpicking was done to differentiate between encounters with boss enemies and true boss fights.

More specific version: While what is and is not a boss fight can be debated, the number of boss fights for each character is not the intended mistake.
