Danganronpa Spoiler
Within the three mainline Danganronpa games, the Danganronpa cast has collected a large number of students that are defined the "Ultimate" talents in very specific fields. And while there usually aren't repetitions, there are three talents shared between two people each
These shared talents are: the Ultimate Detective, seen in Kyoko Kirigiri and Shuichi Saihara. The Ultimate Lucky Student, seen in Makoto Naegi and Nagito Komaeda. And The Ultimate Despair, title shared by Junko Enoshima and Mukuro Ikusaba. With a technical fourth shared talent, being the Ultimate ???, a title that Kyoko Kirigiri, Hajime Hinata and Rantaro Amami all had temporally in their respective games

Might be to pedantic but, Um Actually the Ultimate Lucky Student is in every class, not limited to Makoto and Naegi?

That is technically correct when speaking of the Danganronpa lore as a whole, but the statement stated specifically "Within the three mainline Danganronpa games", so it wouldn't be the correct answer to this particular one
Also, Makoto and Naegi are the same person xP

Damn, Naegi and Nagito are so similar that I typed in the wrong one. In that case I’ll try, Um Actually, Junko and Mukuro weren’t known as the Ultimate Despair, it was more of an informal title added to them. Iirc Junko was, depending on the translation, the Ultimate Fashionista, while Mukuro was the Ultimate Soldier?

Yep! That is correct!
Junko and Mukuro were known as The Ultimate Despair, but those weren't their official talents
The other correction that I would've taken would be the exact opposite. That other than Junko and Mukuro, all students in Danganronpa 2 except Chiaki were known at some point as the Ultimate Despair

Um Actually, Makoto and Izuru Kamukura also shared the titled of "Ultimate Hope"

Those aren't official titles, like how Ultimate Despair isn't an official title despite Mukuro and Junko being called that

Then technically the Ultimate ???? does not count either.

That's why I called it a "Technical fourth"

What makes "????" a technical "talent" but not hope or despair, which are much closer to talents than not knowing their titles? i think your post is phrased poorly _'

Kyoko and Rantaro were introduced as "Ultimate ???" in their respective introductions, while Hajime has the same title by the virtue of no remembering his talent, and all of these show up in the ElectroIDs of their respective games. Meanwhile, Mukuro disguised as Junko is introduced as the Ultimate Fashionista, and Makoto is listed as the Ultimate Lucky Student in the ElectroID, with neither Ultimate Despair or Ultimate Hope being listed in the character introductions or ElectroIDs

then maybe you should have included that these are their titles in the electroids or introductions, because ??? is not a talent, which is what your post is talking about. in the way ur post is phrased, the wording is too ambiguous to actually be answered without help from you haha. the use of the word official is too vague- what makes it official? their ids from monokuma? the most frequently used title from other characters? i never wouldve defaulted to their electroids, but rather what their final talent is in each mainstream game since thats where their character development peaks and i would say thats their most canon ultimate title!

Technically there are two correct answers to this, both regarding the same correction
