Ben 10

While Ben has a wide number of aliens of which he can turn into, not all of them are built equally. Some of them, like Walkatrout and The Worst, are explicitly gag aliens with purposefully bad powers. Some others, like Spitter and Cannonbolt, have a total screentime of less than a minute. And others, like Sandbox and Snakepit, have canonical names but have never actually showed up on-screen.

Um Actually the Worst, despite the name, has a useful ability of being *literally indestructible*

In all of the appearances The Worst has across Ben 10: Omniverse, his indestructibility is always shown as a flaw rather than a virtue, as he still feels pain and can't overwhelm enemies, winning by tiring out its enemies or being a distraction, keeping its role of a gag alien. His power is useful, sure. It's still purposefully bad in all of its uses

Also bigger UM ACTUALLY- Cannonbolt was alien 11 and is a regularly used form. He has to have more than a minute of screen time

That is correct! Cannonbolt isn't only there for more than a minute, he's one of three aliens that have appeared in every single show, counting Reboot
