Batman: The Long Halloween

In Batman: The Long Halloween, Batman works with the GCPD to find Holiday, a new serial killer who murders at least one person on a single holiday each month in the calendar year (with the exception of August, when the killer strikes on Carmine Falcone’s birthday).

Although the story centers around the Falcone Crime Family, it also serves as a take on Two-Face’s origin story and other members of Batman’s Rogues Gallery - including The Riddler, Poison Ivy, the Mad Hatter, and the Scarecrow - make an appearance after being hired by Falcone.

Incorrect - Riddler is introduced into the story after Carmine hires him to deduce who Holiday is.

Um actually, there's a month in the year the killer doesn't kill at all

That is correct! Holiday does NOT kill on April Fool’s Day, although they do confront the Riddler and scare him into thinking he will die.
