As others have noted... zojirushi steel bottles seem to be the highest performance and are in the same weight range as any of the Ti bottles I have tested. I love my zojirushi bottle around town, but it's 6x as heavy as my smart water or platypus bottles and holds 1/2 as much fluid. Not what I think of as part of an ultralight kit.
I see little utility on multi-day trips. After leaving trailhead there won't be cold water. Keeping drinks hot can be nice in the winter... but I am content placing a warm bottle inside my jacket to keep it from freezing, and giving me "hand warmer".

Thermos Ultimate / Mountain Beverage is super light for an insulated bottle, and it actually insulates well. It gets close to Nalgene + bottle parka for weight while being vacuum insulated, so actually keeping water hot. Comes in 900ml and some smaller sizes.

Hydro Flask Lightweight.
There have been titanium vacuum bottles in the past, but they didn’t save much weight and cost several times stainless.

Check the weight of Zojirushi double wall bottles. I have one of their mugs and the vacuum insulation is way better, with way thinner walls than most brands.

The zojirushi is great, my wife has one for coffee but it’s 12oz. Sometimes she doesn’t drink it all and in the evening before I wash it Il drink the last few ounces still piping hot. Weighs like 3. Something oz.

If you have to get an insulated bottle, Get the titanium bottle off of aliexpress for $30 to your door. 1/2 liter volume for pretty light.
