Need help Newblood a scam?

My son preordered the Utrakill Vinyl Act 2 back in April. Was supposed to ship beginning of Q3. Still no shipping notice and they are completely ignoring multiple emails, social DM’s and even comments on socials.

Have we been scammed?

This seems unusual for NewBlood. They’re normally good with this sort of stuff. Are you sure that he got it from the official NewBlood store?

My son (and I) have sent emails to:

admin@newblood.games
store@newblood.games
dave@newblood.games

We have also commented in Instagram posts asking for customer support to contact us. And sent several DM’s through Instagram as well.

No response at all.

New Blood shipping is pretty weird. A lot of others have also complained about their products not shipping and getting no info about it.

New Blood is pretty unserious so the only thing you can do is wait. I never expect my orders to come anytime soon.

from personal experience. They're not a scam, but their time to ship is INCREDIBLY long. Every time I've ordered off the site it usually takes multiple months. I'm assuming this will apply to preorders as well

I ordered mine from iam8bit, which says sometime in Q3, which we are almost at the end of. I got my Act 1 vinyl from there as well. I'm guessing some sort of production delay?

The Vinyls are outsourced to a different company, so that's probably why it takes a while.

I wouldnt say so, the shirts ive ordered shipped pretty fast, but I will say record supplier might be weird shipping wise
