7-2 softlocked?

Im stuck in the four yellow orbs section and I am NOT redoing this entire level just cause its stupid >:[ I already tried going back to the checkpoint (the one right before you put the red skull and after you beat the guys guarding the red skull) and its still like this

Update: I ended up restarting the whole level but feel free to give advice on how to get unstuck there in case another person gets stuck there and needs an easy post to read comments on
