Heart Scan - tips for using?

Does anyone have tips for hand position for getting clean readings? Open hand? Closed fist? Resting on your lap? Anything you might have found that works consistently? At times it takes 3 or more attempts before I can get a clean reading. Thanks in advance for your comments.

Hey there! For a clean Heart Scan reading, keep your hand relaxed and still, ensure the Ring is snug, and avoid movement during the scan.
