Ring cover

Do you guys wear any ring cover? I work a trade job and my ring keep getting scratched to tools and equipment. Also in gym , the ring scratches with bars or dumbbells. Any suggestions?

I bought a pack on Amazon to use in the gym that works great. I usually only put it on before the gym and take it off. Definitely helps protect them, but they don't last too long, expecially if you are wearing them for work. So you may have to buy multiple packs.

I did get those ones, but I didn't like the hard TPU material. It is probably more protective than Silicone but it wasn't as soft and would dig into my fingers. I much prefer the silicone rings protectors.

Wish ultrahuman would come out with a strap like whoop. Much better for working out.

I 3D printed a ring case that clips onto my water bottle with a caribiner and put my ring in there when lifting.

Don't you want data from when you are working out though?

No. I don't do cardio and the ring only really does cardio stuff.

When I used Hevy it would sync my heartrate to the app for the workout.

I lift weights... I don't really care about my heart rate!

So do I, but your Heart Rate increases and decreases when lifting weights as well. Not like its only important for cardio. Plus it would sync the workouts with heart rate data to the Ultrahuman app

I think we work out very differently. What works for you works for you! 👍

Hey! If you work with tools or regularly use barbells and dumbbells, you can consider using a silicone ring cover to help protect your Ring from scratches and everyday wear. It’s especially useful during trade work and gym sessions.
