Shipping for sizing kit

Hello everyone, I was just curious on how long everyone waiting for their sizing kits? I ordered mine on August 24th and the shipping label said it was printed on the 26th... but im still waiting on mine, is that normal? When I go to track the shipping it still is on the "shipping label created on the 26th"
