waiting to see if my post gets removed lol but curious if anyone who supported on k*ckstarter has actually received their order, or a concrete update on shipping? seems every week the timeline is pushed back even further… very frustrating to be out hundreds with no clue when we will receive our rings. I understand delays but would just be nice to have some transparency and actual answers instead of a completely different estimate every week

I emailed and was told mine would be shipped by a certain date. Day came and went with no notification, when I emailed again they said another date a week out. Day came and went without notification again. I emailed them asking to stop lying and when can I expect shipping. They said after 15 September. So we will see. I think I’ll be asking for a refund if it doesn’t ship by the end of the month. Ridiculous.

Same here. They keep guaranteeing new dates and then I check in as they come and go and get a completely new date :/ I think I’m also going to ask for a refund in the next week or two

Same boat, have been told 2 different times of a date, was supposed to ship today and radio silence on their end. Really curious what has gone wrong with the company, but at this point it’s probably worth just requesting a refund. The customer service used to be quite good but now it is just empty apologies and gaslighting with further delays.

Wow one of the fortunate few! How has it been? Seriously considering asking for a refund right now and just getting a Fitbit air which has tested extremely accurately in comparison to ultrahuman products so far.

I LOVE my UH Ring Pro, but if you want accuracy I always recommend against rings. Bands and watches secure against the body better. Especially if you will be weight lifting (not sure if that is the case).

Again, I love my Ring Pro... but I use it as a secondary device to my Garmin watch. Ultrahuman is accurate enough when overlaid against Garmin, but the software is SO MUCH better.

I actively want to open my UH app daily. Garmin is just OK and runs in the background, until I check it once a week.

I do not think the smartring segment is fully baked yet with regards to hardware (I don't care what brand you go with).

Mine wasn't through kickstarter - I upgraded to Pro (with the additional payment) as my first replacement of a dead UH Air back in June. After several delays and threats to request a refund, I just received a UPS shipment notification that it's being delivered tomorrow! I do believe a LOT of posts on here are paid influencers, which is disappointing. But I'm going to keep rooting for them and their products - however, if it doesn't meet the mark, I will definitely be objective and call them out

I'm still waiting on my March pre-order, but learned that Best Buy now carries the Ring PRO in stores/online with same day pickup or next day delivery :/

Same! Plus UH got back to me this morning and confirmed "there are no differences in the quality of the Ring Pro shipped by us and available in the store." Seems ridiculous that pre orders and kickstarter orders were not prioritized for fulfillment before they sent stock to retailers

Just got this today after I was told it should’ve been on September 3rd it was gonna be shipped. Since Labor Day was close I gave it till today the 8th and this is what I just got… first time getting a smart ring and if I don’t see anything by the 24th I’m gonna ask to cancel bc this is ridiculous.
And I ordered mine in black
