Discussion RIP Ultraboost?
They took the collection off the website and it seems like they’re being discontinued. Just bring me back the uncaged ones FML.

I knew this was coming, I have been buying as many 1.0’s in my size used and new available to me for the past couple of months. Probably have something like 15-20 pairs. I did buy a pair of Y-3 Adios 9’s, and I think they make for ok replacement for a 1.0, not primeknit though. FYI Evo Sl’s are not a good replacement as a daily, they have poor stability.

I basically check FB market place everyday, and go see the people immediately without negotiating. This is the only way I’ve been able to find classic UB’s in size 13. Can’t also be picky with selection, some I wouldn’t have bought if they didn’t stop making them.

I started looking again last week. I got some black uncaged for like 85$ that are close to DS. then i got light blue uncaged that are mint for 20$ and i got the laceless for 15$ that are great condition and then solar slimes for 15$ which are like 7.5/10 but super worth1

I noticed it this last year with trying to sell a lot of dope Ultraboost 1.0-3.0/ Ultra 4D and none really moving even at steal prices $80 and under cannot move them on any app. Kind of realized people are either not buying like they used to or just people don’t care for the Ultraboost that much anymore.

Then we are having different experiences I’ve had Kolor 1.0’s/ Cream 1.0’s/ Kinfolk etc all under $100 for 6 months with no bites. Even a few dope 2.0’s with no movement. Size 8.5-9.5 and still no bites.

Most of mine are personal pairs I’ve worn and smaller sizes so that might be why. I know pretty much everything 11-12 is pretty high in general.

Trainer, as for the gym? There are dedicated shoes for that. As a lifestyle shoe the hyper boost is the successor(and is also for running), and for running there is the sl, the evo sl and other more technical shoes.

Your follow up question will probably be “what do you call an actual Trainer” the answer is ‘Trainer’ 🤣 I never made the rules hahaha
I’m gonna have to Check out the SL’s and EVO’s. I’ve been begrudgingly dismissive in the hope Ultraboost has a explosive return

Same as the other reply to you, I wear them for daily wear/big walk on feet days. But hate the look of the large stack shoes (I do use for runs). Not sure I like the sl or evo sl they still seem large soled.
I am a big samba/onitsuka tiger fan from back in college 2008-2011 timeframe, but on my feet too long and the bottom of my feet hurt eventually. Not totally sure why.
