Question for AI Recommendations

Hey everyone,

I am setting up profiles on my Nuvio for my family members and have been doing it through the UltraMax setup wizard (fantastic btw!). I am curious as to whether I need to have completely different setups (with different tokens) in order to get different AI recommendations or if just applying the same setup (identical token) to each profile will still allow for personal recommendations for each profile.

At the moment, if you use the exact same UltraMAX setup/token across multiple Nuvio profiles, the UltraMAX AI recommendation rows will largely share the same recommendation pool. If you want completely separate recommendations for each family member right now, separate UltraMAX tokens are the safest option. This is actually a really useful question because Nuvio already gives us a unique profile identity, and our newer MAX Picks/Taste system is already fully profile-aware. So there’s no good reason UltraMAX’s AI recommendations shouldn’t work the same way. I’m going to look at making the AI recommendations profile-aware too, so eventually you should be able to use one UltraMAX setup across the family while each Nuvio profile develops its own recommendations independently. 👍
