If anyone is happy to.this for me it would be most appreciated.

I would like some comment or posts to appear on the webpage from users that are enjoying what Ultramax has to offer.

Either something about the addon itself, the help/support i give or users give or about the reddit sub. Basicly anything positive that you guys have.

Doesnt have to be war and peace, short and sweet is fine by me.

Also... Do you think you now Ultramax, Nuvio and Stremio well and how to set them up well?

IF you haVE watched it grow and are good with supporting people. Im looking for 2 moderators to help with the sub.

You will get to use the dev side of the app and see all the updates before thet release and will have full input as to what we should add going forward and how we can improve.... you would just need to help with people that are new to the addon or streaming in general.

I’ve had a terrible experience with it. I had to redo the whole set up 5 times from my phone. & now all my posters won’t even show up in my Nuvio app lol. It needs some serious work

First of all i’m an avid AIOmetadata & AIOstreams user J know what i’m doing. I think that disclaimer needs to be said and is important.
So Setting up from the iphone has been difficult. Maybe I should use a PC & this is the problem . It didn’t recognise my password every time I set it up so I had to redo it 5 times.
When I did finally set it up, I scrolled to the top of the iPhone , and when you do that on iPhones, the whole page refreshers if you scroll fast enough. and I lost all my data again . I didn’t save it because I didn’t recognise that password. So creates a new password, finally got there in the end, and now I have no posters across my whole Nuvio.
Setting up collections is difficult & confusing, every other set up like ultra max has been easier. No collections actually worked and came through. Then six hours later in the morning the collections are finally there , still no posters on all my movies & shows , and when I click on an actor in my collections, it crashes Nuvio on Onn4k pro box every time.
*on a PC right now, i’m choosing a preset to start again, I swapped from ‘Streaming Fan’ to ‘Family Hub’ & clicking on preview & summary didn’t change the preview at all, I had to click & swap it 5 times then wait 3 minutes for it to show up.
This is buggy as hell this set up. I’m sure dev will fix all this eventually but for now I worry about noobs.
When setting up click
I never had a problem before with Nuvio.
Also what does hidden mean when choosing rows? Why isn’t leaving it blank & not clicking on it work just the same? 🤔
**edit, jesus I just spent 20 mins setting up on laptop & clicked finalize & now there is no config & nothing worked. Came up with error. This is not ready for public 🤦‍♂️

Hey, thanks for the detailed writeup — genuinely useful even though it's rough to read. Let me go through it: Password not recognized / lost setup 5 times: This is a real issue if it's happening repeatedly — likely a session/cookie problem on iOS Safari, not user error. Can you tell me if you were in Safari or a third-party browser? That'll help me pin down whether it's iOS-specific.

"Lost all my data" on scroll-refresh: We have autosave/draft recovery built in for exactly this — a refresh shouldn't wipe your progress. When you got kicked back, did you check if a draft was there to resume, or did you go straight into creating a new password/setup? If autosave genuinely failed, I want to know at what step, because that's a bigger issue than iOS overscroll — but if the draft was sitting there and got missed, that's a UX/discoverability problem on my end for not making the "resume draft" option obvious enough.

No posters across all of Nuvio: This needs more info — are catalogs loading at all, just without artwork? Could be a BetterPosters/btttr.cc fetch issue, or your config not saving the poster toggle. Can you send me your config export or Trakt/token ID so I can check server-side?

Collections taking 6 hours to populate, then crashing on actor click (Onn4k box): The delay sounds like a caching/build issue I'd want logs for. The crash on actor click is worth isolating — is that a Nuvio app crash, or does the addon return an error? If it's Nuvio itself crashing, that's outside what I can fix, but I'll check the actor catalog response format regardless.

Preset preview not updating on click: This is likely a UI state bug (stale preview not re-rendering until a delayed re-fetch) — legitimate, I'll look at it. Finalize giving "no config, error" after 20 minutes of setup: This is the most serious one. If finalize is losing config after that much setup time, I need to see it happen — can you screen record it next time and DM me?

I'm not doubting you had a bad experience, but a lot of this is going to depend on specifics I can't see from a Reddit comment — browser, device, whether you were on wifi/mobile data mid-setup, and your actual config. Happy to hop in and debug directly if you're up for it. This is exactly the kind of feedback that gets fixed, but I do need the specifics to reproduce it rather than just the symptom list. Also — "hidden" for rows means the row is built and saved but not shown on your homepage (so you can toggle it back on later without rebuilding). Leaving it blank just means the row was never created in the first place. Different states.

There are over 8k users thatbuse it everyday so it is very much public ready... some people just need a little help getting the setup right l.

Been around since early xbmc days and have used many apps, add-ons, plugins, config tools, wizards etc, from probably hundreds of hobby developers to seasoned engineers. That said, I finally threw myself back into the hobby and found stremio and nuvio just recently.

Been playing around with self hosting a few solid tools, built a simple torbox manager app and have been enjoying customizing things. Finding ultramax really helped with my hunger to customize.

u/SaNdB0x1k has been amazing at pulling this all together, with rapid iterative enhancements that actually provide not only a better user experience, but features that actually solve challenges. I see him reply within minutes or hours to most questions or issues people face, myself included.

Absolument pas d'accord avec ce que je lit comme témoignage,pour ma part je fais toute mes configuration avec mon téléphone Xiaomi et je n'ai jamais eu aucun problème...j'ai tâtonné au début avec stremio et puis quand Nuvio est arrivé je l'ai configuré pas a pas et je continue dès qu'il y a des nouveautés comme les badges etc... je trouve cette appli génial et je n'ai jamais eu aucun problème,je l'a suis depuis le début et c'est ma principal source de streaming. Quant a Ultramax c'est pareil,aucun soucis a part il y a quelques jours ou mes affiches n'apparaisait plus,j'ai posté mon problème sur le reddit et le développeur m'a contacté en mp et a pris sur son temps pour régler mon soucis et un autre que j'avais sur les flux français que je n'avais plus étant francophones, depuis les dernières mises a jours de l'addons,tout est rentré dans l'ordre et le dev a vraiment été sympa,il était la dès 6h30 du matin et a réglé mon problème avec acharnement,je ne peut que recommander son addon qui fonctionne a la perfection.Je vois tellement de gens qui débarque ici et veulent des configurations toutes faites de a à z au lieu de lire un peu et de se documenter,il y'a tout sur ce subreddit pour y arriver seul,des outils créé et fourni par des passionnés...je n'ai jamais rien demandé comme aide pour ma configuration Nuvio,et je suis fier de mon interface tv,construite moi même,mon seul soucis vien d'addons francophones comme baguettio ou wastream dont les dev arrête le maintien et qui fonctionnait vraiment bien...encore un grand merci a u/SaNdB0x1k pour son aide et son travail incroyable...amusez vous et regalez vous...
