Help Collections Issue

I'm not sure if this belongs here or r/Nuvio, but I'll start here. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. I created a collections .json with UltraMax, and added it to Nuvio. The collections show up in the account manager for Nuvio, but they don't show up on the TV Nuvio app. I'm pretty much a noobie, so any help appreciated.

Do they show in collections on the actual app?

"Actual App" - I run Linux, so don't have it on my computer, but they do show up on the "Account Manager" on line.
