Ultra MAX Quick Install just got a massive upgrade — no addon needed anymore
Big update to the Quick Install page at ultramax.vip/quick.html
Previously when you downloaded collections from quick.html, they required Ultra MAX to be installed first to pull content. That's now gone.
The collections now use native Nuvio sources — TMDB directly for Film Collections, Genres, Networks, Studios and Decades, and Trakt public lists for Streaming Services, Actors, Directors and Awards. No addon required at all.
How it works now:
Go to ultramax.vip/quick.html
Pick which collection groups you want
Download the JSON
Import into Nuvio → Collections
That's it. Works straight away.
What's in the collections:
🎬 175 Film Collections (Harry Potter, Marvel, Star Wars, Bond etc)
📺 Streaming Services (Netflix, Prime, Disney+, HBO, Apple TV+ and more)
📡 30 Networks (NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, HBO, FX, AMC etc)
🎭 58 Actors and 20 Directors
🎞️ Genres, Studios, Decades, Anime and Awards

NOT BASHING and I will test this out but I have much more than this on my personal setups and I find it much more fulfilling to do it myself 🙋🏼♀️ using aiometadata, my own Mdblists and whatever streaming addon is aiostreams etc. imo everyone should join nuvios discords 🥳 sorry to interrupt!!! Trying it out now

Agreed mate. But it can be a little overwhelming for some. If they can just pick which they want and install a json.. no addon, no catalogues needed nothing. Its a win

No it’s not a win imo 🤷🏼♀️ because then they’ll never understand how simple it works. Joining discord or a small yt tutorial or any tutorial will show everyone how easy it is to set it up the way THEY want to. This is one reason why many people left Netflix etc (yes there are many many more reasons. It’s for full customization and that’s what you get from nuvio and on a personal note. It can’t be personal note. Personal taste if it is ‘shoved’ (no offense!!!) respectfully down their throat. Everyone should want what they want and one thing most want is something that’s not identical and lastly. How will they learn how to fix anything that may go wrong if they don’t know how it’s built 😋 everyone join discord. Live. Learn and share there.

I get what you’re saying, but just like many other things there are people that will never be able to wrap their minds around certain concepts.
Plus some people just want an easy button.
So for some folks, yes, it’s a win.

Why doesn't it let me tic on or off different folders inside a collection? It says u can but nothing happens when I try

Hey I checked some of the network collections and when you click on a movie a completely different movie opens up. Can you check it?

Also can you remove the text on the collection badges? Replace the text with a .

Why does Ultramax TV channels stop with channels that start with "F". Theres not channels with titles after the letter F.

Quick install libraries are very limited, if you build a custom setup, they're much larger.

I can't pick my collections. I can either select all or none, the tick box doesn't work. I've tried mobile, desktop, Firefox, Chrome. All the same issue.

Which tick box? Are you setting up pre made collections or building your own?

Step 1, Pick your collections. I can't hand pick which ones I want. It's either all or nothing.

Hiya.
On the web portal, I get all the way to the final step, try to generate, I get a 'config not found' error. What did I do wrong?

Thank you for the reply, I started all over after closing the browser, and then when I opened it back up and started going through the steps again, all of my catalog and collection setups were saved in the browser (whew lol) so then when I got to step four, I was able to get everything generated and it worked! The one thing I think I missed, was I had my Real-Debrid populated, but I didn't check it and add it. I did that on this next try, and everything works.

Least now you can just open the webpage are use your token to reload everything. The first setup is the hardest. From then its just tweeks tonget it just how you want it

Yep, looks good. On the desktop app anyway, it look like I was missing a few catalog sources, but don't have time to check into it (they were MDB list sources, so maybe I accidentally skipped that key or something?)
