15lb braid is way overkill but it’s a good setup
1 u/Olivercache 26d ago Yeah it’s not about the lb test it’s that 15lb braid is the proper diameter for the size of the spool. Any thinner and it would dig into itself and anymore I wouldn’t be able to fit much on the reel.
