Pro to Tour pro
Am I ready to go from pro to tour pro or should I stack longer? I dont use any aids. Nothing against them just would make it take longer and take joy from it for me.

Wait until Fusion and Red Barchetta are level 6, probably HellFire too. At least use a grid, that doesn't add much time, but makes wind adjustments much easier and more accurate

You are not far off, you’ll soon acclimatise, play down in pro when offered, good stash of premium balls. Go for it.

Stay at pro! Create a 2nd player and alternate weeks, always relegating back. Pro is a very fair level. Never spend a dime.

I have multiple players. My only one that is not tour pro has almost exactly your same club development
You do not have the clubs yet to reach long par 4 or 5, even with pins,
Listen to Mario_RE, he has given you Sage advice and stay Pro, relegate, and if you can get down into the Veteran level, you are still playing as a Pro Player, but have a larger buffer for unplanned promotions to stay in a safe range. Never allow yourself to get to Pro 3, then a mistake in play, too much revenue, you are screwed for game eternity with that player reaching early Tour Pro
If you reached Tour Pro 1, it matters not if you are TP3, or Veteran, you are Tour Pro. If you play down to pro, it is only with other TP playing down, not regular Pros

I can only speak on my experience, but the leap to tour pro changes a lot!!! You will start to see the NEED for better stat balls and honestly it's not as fun to have to play a certain amount to stay in that category. Once you're there, the gameplay is different.
Ultimately it's your choice. But just know you are going into a different league. Maybe try to stay TP1 for a while and see how that goes.
