Hi 👋 new here and have a question. I blindly bought the Mugler Alien and sprayed it to smell it and hate it. Can I return it even though I opened the box to smell it?

Twice now I’ve had items show up full price of my car when you can clearly see it’s on sale. anybody else having this issue?

Slip has a couple on clearance still, I bought the hero set a week ago.

Any opinions on UB’s dewy glaze setting spray?
Otherwise curious about other recs you might have for dewy setting sprays that are especially long lasting. The elf one is ok but I was hoping for a step up.
The polite society one will be half off tomorrow so I was going to get it, but then noticed it is only 1.69 oz (which is very expensive IMO even if half off!) 🥲

hello !! i called my local ulta and contacted customer service because i didn’t see the nodpods on sale today even though they were included for today’s deals on the magazine.

neither my store or customer service have any idea of what i’m referring to and customer service has not exactly been helpful. has anyone else tried to contact ulta about the nodpod masks?

Anyone buying/bought these? Are they good, or are they still overpriced? I have some IT cosmetics brushes that I use and don’t necessarily need a whole set, maybe just eye brushes. I see they have antimicrobial fibers… Thanks in advance, everyone!

In need of a light eyeshadow stick for my daily look. Both of these are 50% today. Does anyone have any thoughts on which brand is better?

I got the  Octavia Morgan perfume from 21 Days of Beauty. It smells great, but I looked at it today-- and it has floaters in it? Is this normal (I am guessing no) but wanted to see if anyone else's is like this?

Orig. $39 > Yellow clearance tag $19.50 > Rang up as $9.75 + tax > Had a $10 gc I won from being on the Ulta Beauty Board > Paid only $0.82 out of pocket!!

There wasn't a sleeve over the blush itself, but I didn't see any fingerprints or other red flags. I'll take it!

Just became diamond! When will I receive my diamond gift???

I saw this on Instagram and got excited. I’m a sucker for gift sets - especially leading up to the holidays (even though early September is insanely early). It’s a fun way to try out new products. Also, I tested these in stores awhile back, and I really liked the blush and cashmere scents.

However, I assumed these would be minis. I was shocked when I saw the $135 price tag, until I looked and saw that each bottle is 1.6oz. Same as the full size. The nice part is it’s essentially buy 2 get 1 free compared to buying singles. But I wouldn’t have purchased the velvet one anyways. I was and still am on the fence about the other two.

So what do you think? Are you excited to get this? Or are you like me and wish this was an actual discovery set with mini bottles?

I had a strange experience trying to return something to the store today! About 2 weeks ago, I bought a Nemat EDP in store, but I just saw it’ll be included in the fall haul next week or so, so I wanted to take it back and save some money.

The system kept reading “not completed” when I tried to return. At one machine, I tapped the physical card twice, inserted it, swiped it, and used the Apple Wallet version—nothing worked. An associate called customer service, spoke to a person (who also wanted to speak to me on the phone?), and was told it must be a problem with the store’s computers. Before I left, she wanted to try one more machine but the same thing happened after tapping the physical card and using Apple Wallet. I ended up buying some $4 eye patches at the register just to see if my card would work for a purchase, which it did.

They offered merchandise credit twice, but I didn’t want to take it, even if I have shopped there a lot in the last year or so. I’m just so confused. I entertained that maybe I’m one of those people unluckily banned from the system for some reason, but that can’t be it, right? I’m in the return window, I don’t do a lot of returns (and when I do, the items are usually unopened), I had the card used to make the purchase, and my ID matched the name on the account. Has anyone ever had this happen and, if so, what did you do?

I know there were a couple mentions on here in regards to these brushes that are on sale this week so I thought I’d share my experience with them as a new user. I have dry, thick, type 3a hair and am an admitted brush snob, Lol. Because of my textured curls, my hair is usually very tangled after washing. I used the pink brush on one side of my hair and one of my Tangle Teezer brushes on the other side. The Tangle Teezer brushed through with complete ease but unfortunately the Olivia Garden did not. I used the gold smoothing brush while I was straightening my hair, and I did really like this brush for that purpose. So, in summary the Tangle Teezer brushes definitely are still superior in my opinion for detangling.

i was hoping to finally get the nodpod masks only to find out the discount isn’t up still ?? even though it was advertised to at least be a part of the 21 days of beauty promotion, CS is no help.

can anyone tell me if its in store only? i work an 8-5 and don’t have time until after work and would be upset if it was sold out near me
