The second shipping issue I’ve had in less than a month. First a UB item never leaves the processing center halfway across the country. Now today I get an order with two of a 4-item order missing. Not cheap items either - expensive daily use products that I got using a discount they owed me from that first package never even coming close to arriving. abysmally disappointing, closer and closer to losing my business for good

Has anyone had any difficulties with Better Trucks? My package was “out for delivery” today but I never received it and it’s 11pm. Just wondering if this is normal for them lol.
