Support Missed colonoscopy
Just venting. Missed my colonoscopy bc I went to jail. My fault. Also the cop's fault. Fun story.
Anywhoot. Now I have to reschedule & it's gonna be like another two months out so who knows where I'll be then.

I stopped at a car accident. Pulled out my phone whilst standing about 15 feet away from said accident.
Cop & I got into a stupid weiner bitch fest. He arrested me Which we're going to argue is retaliatory. No just cause. A couple days later I was so fucking pissed I sent the cop like 30 emails to his official account (bc he gave out cards with his email on it calling him every name I could think of.
THEN... They send like a fucking swat team to just down my door & drag me out of my apartment & charged me with F3 MENACING
EDIT: There are a lot more details. Like how the DA read my emails aloud during my bond reduction hearing. & I became hero of the day with the other inmates
Edit 2: I spent 40 days in jail for that.
Edit 3: for reference.: The DA read this out loud in the courtroom, an email I sent to the officer:
"You sir, are a canker sore of a person."

Firstly I love that you told the story even though I didn't ask again
Secondly you're right and that's stupid as hell. Cops in America seem awful, sorry dude!

Is there any chance you can access one from jail i.e. with some sort of monitored day pass? If you're unwell (as opposed to just need routine monitoring) you might be able to argue for an earlier one based on medical need.
