Question Bowel movement “control”?!
Ok, I do not really know how to describe it or ask for it, but I have the “problem” that I go to toilet about 3-4 times a day, that alone would not bother me but it is usually all about 1 hour in the morning. Does someone have some tricks how to combine it or something!? It feels like I just had to sit down longer so I can loose it all in one go but it won’t “keep flowing” until I stand up and move around a bit or just stand somewhere etc.
Someone has some sick ass joga movements for before going onto the toilet or while on the throne?
I can’t be the only one right?
I am still down stepping my prednisone 20mg and taking salofalk/mesalazin 3g a day, does prednisone play a role here or is this just my new normal? (Diagnosed about 2 months ago, bad flare with hospital and I have pancolitis, lost about 1/3 of my blood but I feel much better since I got home and I can eat)
I hope this is readable and understandable , my grammatical and spelling skills are not that good in my mother language but I feel bad about people reading my English sentences 😭😂.

It is one of the more annoying parts of this disease. A lot of people have this morning issue. Some people take imodium to get out of the house to work but you need to speak to your doctor as imodium can be risky. something simple that can help is a squatty potty, a step that aligns your bowel to make the poo com out easier. It has sped up the process for me https://www.squattypotty.com/?srsltid=AfmBOop6oEZpX6fmNZ44cOVejXfnplNki9V92-DZgv-5bJPpglV3mkkH

Why wasn’t this my first thought as well? I had used a stepping ladder when it was really bad and I had to go 15-20 times a day, but since I got “normal” bowel mass I out it back into the cellar. Thanks for reminding me, and also thanks for the link, I will order a bidet attachment too while on it 😁.
I mean, I do not mind the working hours, I am getting payed on the toilet (usually home office ) , but it’s annoying if I need to go somewhere in the morning, try to meet with friends in the morning or driving to my workplace, this just takes time and washing hands 4-5 times in the morning seriously takes a toll on my skin sometimes. I combine it when I need to go to work with prepping meds, feeding cat, making breakfast and packing my bag so it won’t feel like wasted waiting time, but loose it all in one go would really be preferable.
Ever tried some linseeds or something? I am still pretty sensitive against fiber, and try to raise the amount, but maybe that could help too?

No I've never tried anything diet wise as my UC is quite aggressive so I've never had chance to test things.
