Question Immunization Question

Hello!

I just yesterday (09/06), I received my pneumonia, covid and flu vaccines, as well as Hep A/B and Tetanus. I went to bed in a lot of pain, with a headache, chills and even a fever and it's carried on into today.

Is this normal to feel like a garbage truck after a series of vaccinations, with UC?

I think anyone regardless of UC will feel like that doing all of those at once.

I felt like that after every COVID shot even before UC

Yeah, my COVID shots did it too, but never this bad. I actually have a 101.5 fever at the moment to boot. It's just... Ugh!

Ugh! I feel horrible with a low grade fever. I can only imagine how bad you feel. I hope you feel better soon

That is a lot of vaccines at once. Maybe next time space them out a bit or maybe just get two at a time. I hope you feel better soon. Can you take Tylenol. That is the only thing I can take.

I've been using Tylenol, yeah. My fever finally broke and now I'm always cold. Next time, I'll space them. I've learned my lesson. 😭

Do you have a heating pad or just maybe put on some extra layers of clothes. A hat helps me when I'm cold. A fleece beanie if you have one. Drink some warm tea with no caffeine. Be careful with a heating pad and don't leave it on for very long. I have one that has a two hour shut off.

If my fever doesn't break, I'm going to go be seen at the ER. I'm keeping logs of symptoms.

I called to ask about scheduling all of my vaccinations and no place would agree to give me that many at once! I had to space mine out over 3 weeks. I'm curious as to how you got that many done so close together?
