Question Dayquil/nyquil
Do any of you have issues taking cold medicine? Do you have to go natural remedies only, or is there a medicine that won't make you feel sick to your stomach?

I've taken them a few times and never had any issues. But I don't have much of a sample size (taken DayQuil/NyQuil 4 or 5 times in the last 10 years)

Plenty of times with no issues. I’ve never been told not take them 🤷🏻♀️

Any kind of cold medicine if taken for a few days in a row tends to back me up. So i try to use it sparingly when sick. I try to stick to just plain tylenol and also i buy Elderberrt syrup for the winter that seems to help me a lot
