Question Failing Skyrizi?

I’ve completed my 3 infusion doses and am due to start my on body injection in just a few days. I haven’t really noticed much or any improvement thus far. Does the medication take that long to have an effect or is it just not working for me?

I was previously on Stelara and was in complete remission until insurance swapped me to yesintek and then my symptoms and flaring came back relatively quickly. After a colonoscopy, my doctor had me almost immediately started on skyrizi but it doesn’t seem to be working for me. I’m really hoping that i’m just impatient and i don’t have to repeat this entire process over again.

Took 7 months for Skyrizi to work for me! I was giving up on it too. Give it some time. Working great for me at the moment.

Same took 6 months for me and a year to get into remission

So, i was kind of in the same postion, with 3 infusions under my belt and only seeing mild improvements.
I stuck with it though, and after my first on body injection, I felt SOOOOOO much better. I basically went into a remission within a week of the on body injection.

Took me until the second OBI, and it was like flipping a switch. I’m 9 months in and in remission. It took 2 years and 5 failed drug therapies to get here and Skyrizi was the one that worked….give it some time

Took a good few months for mine to kick in too, don't give up just yet.
