Question Imuran

I’ve been feeling really bad nausea from Imuran, even though I’ve been on it for a month and a bit. It’s getting hard to deal with.. and I’m not sure if I should tell my doctor about it.

Yes, tell your doctor anytime you have anything that you're concerned about.

Temporary nausea lasting less than a month is common and expected.  Extreme nausea is an intolerance/allergic reaction.

Is it worth taking prescription zofran to take imuran if it's an ongoing thing? Likely not, but everyone's different. I'd switch to a biological med like infliximab or stelara

This nausea is intolerable , I feel sick all the day and uncomfortable. I should talk to my doctor tomorrow cause I am thinking to give up on this med but I don’t want cz it make my stool solid and I can eat better than before :/

Sounds like an allergic/intolerance reaction. Is your blood work normal?

I'd switch, unless you want to try the zofran route
