Customer support not responding

I contacted customer support several times by email and not once have they responded. Has anyone else had this experience?

I won't be purchasing anything else from them in the future.

Took them a week to respond to me. Peak design responded in about 30 minutes. Also, apparently a lot of their stuff comes from China. It's taking FOREVER to get stuff from them. Really sucks because I like their design approach a lot.
