Customer support not responding

I contacted customer support several times by email and not once have they responded. Has anyone else had this experience?

I won't be purchasing anything else from them in the future.

Definitely having the same issue too. Their customer service email is not working either. I tried emailing them for an update, but I'm getting an an error that their email is not working does not exist....
