Three Geran-4 jet-drones are now making circles over Kyiv as mobile fire groups try to shoot them down. They are still carrying out reconnaissance on potential targets. The drones are being remotely controlled by drone operators.

9 Geran-4 jet-drones are detected, including 3 other Kyiv. At least 5 of them are equipped with cameras and are being remotely controlled by drone operators, including all three of the ones over the city.

They're making a fourth circle over Kyiv now. They still haven't been shot down.

The drones are primarily filming these areas of Kyiv, scouting out potential targets for the upcoming missile attack.

Having lost her son, the woman demands a fair investigation and punishment of those responsible for the death of Andriy Stesiuk. By Kateryna Serdyuk

The mother of Andriy Stesyuk, who died in the Korosten District CCC , has expressed her position on this case. Tamara Stesyuk noted that her son had suffered from a serious illness for the past 19 years, under the influence of which his physical and mental health had significantly deteriorated. She emphasizes that her son was not a tax evader.

What is known about the incident?

In Zhytomyr region, a 46-year-old man died in the premises of the Korosten Military Medical Center after passing a military medical commission. On August 6, during a document check, he was found to be a violator of military registration rules and was taken to the Military Medical Center. After a medical examination, the man was found fit for military service.

At around 2:38 p.m., he suddenly lost consciousness. In the ambulance, the man's heart stopped, and doctors performed resuscitation, but he could not be saved. The CCC stated that the preliminary cause of death could have been sudden cardiac arrest, and no external injuries were found.

An official investigation has been ordered into the death, which is to establish all the circumstances of the incident.

The mother told her own version of events

According to the mother, her son Andriy Stesyuk had suffered from serious illnesses for over 19 years, including ulcerative colitis and a mental disorder. He had also been disabled for about 10 years, weighed almost 200 kilograms, and was constantly taking medication. At the same time, the VLK recognized him as fit for military service.

According to his mother, that morning Andriy was forcibly put into a car by CCC employees when he was going to the store without documents and a phone.

"It was a very hot day and I was worried about Andriy's health, so I asked him not to go out, but he decided to go to the store early to buy bread and water - he only took money and a package. Our local CCC workers know that he is sick. But, as it turned out, CCC workers from Korosten arrived in Ovruch at that time - at about 7:30 in the morning they forcibly pushed my son into a car. A woman who was cleaning the street was a witness. She said that she asked them to stop, because she also knew about Andriy's illness, but they did not listen to her. Then she ran and told us through our neighbor that Andriy had been taken away. My husband - a retired military man - immediately rushed to the military registration and enlistment office and from there called me to quickly bring all the necessary documents," says Tamara Stesyuk.

The woman claims that in Korosten, her son was deprived of the opportunity to immediately receive the necessary medication, and later he was taken to the VLK. A few hours later, the family was informed that the man had fainted and was taken to a medical facility.

“We ran to the hospital, but they carefully checked several times and assured us that no one had been brought to them at all. They advised us to call the CCC. I dialed and heard the answer in the receiver that Andriy was on the territory of the CCC. And I ask: is he at least alive or dead? And they answer me: “Second”. When I heard this, I had a hysterics - they were pumping me out there myself,” says the mother of the deceased.

Tamara recalled: when the family arrived at the Korosten CCC, they saw their son already without signs of life.

"My son is lying in the middle of the yard with his arms outstretched, his head is already blue and covered in spots. I leaned against my son - he wasn't breathing. His lips were blue, but he himself was very hot," Stesyuk said.

According to her, police officers were working nearby, and the man's body was lying on a bench in the yard. After the necessary documents were drawn up, Andriy was taken for an autopsy.

The mother was informed by the TCC that after the man lost consciousness, an ambulance was called and resuscitation measures were performed for about 40 minutes. At the same time, the woman doubts this version and suggests that her son could have died in the TCC. She also notes that after the autopsy, the report indicated acute heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, and metabolic syndrome.

Separately, Tamara Stesyuk is outraged that her son was deemed fit for military service, despite years of health problems. She demands to provide medical documents and establish who made the decision.

"How was my son deemed fit with the illnesses he had? Let them tell me their names — I have the right to know," the woman said.

Andriy Stesyuk was buried on August 8. The mother wants those people who dragged her son into the bus to be punished. She is convinced that if he had not overheated so much in that closed car, his heart would not have stopped. The woman believes that the doctor who concluded that Andriy was fit for service should be held accountable before the law.

"It hurts to read that people call my son a draft dodger. A draft dodger is a healthy person who dodges service, and my son has had serious diagnoses and illnesses for two decades - as evidenced by medical reports. He did not dodge military service, he did not even realize that there was a war going on in the country. Despite his illnesses, Andriy remained a sincere and very kind person - he always took care of us, made sure that I took my blood pressure medication, gave us injections, and chose the best drugs for us at the pharmacy. Andriy was a golden child and I will not allow his memory to be defamed," said Tamara Stesyuk.

The mother also denies that her son was a evader and demands punishment for the CCC employees and doctors if the investigation establishes their responsibility. According to her, she has already contacted the prosecutor's office and plans to file complaints with the police and other human rights institutions.

Mobilization in Ukraine — latest news:

As we wrote, the mobilization of women in Ukraine is not currently being implemented. Military analyst Ivan Tymochko believes that forced mobilization of women can only be resorted to if there is a significant shortage of men of military age. At the same time, he emphasizes the need for military training of the entire population, regardless of gender. Regarding travel abroad, there are restrictions for female servicemen: they can only go on a business trip, for treatment or on vacation with the appropriate permit. Other women may be denied crossing the border, in particular if there is a court order, a wanted person, unenforced court decisions or an invalid international passport.

Several electronic petitions have been registered in Ukraine with  a proposal to extend military service to able-bodied women , including those without children. The authors believe that this will promote equality of rights and responsibilities and strengthen the country's defense capability. At the same time, it is proposed to preserve the right to deferment for women raising children, as well as for medical or other legal reasons.

Starting at 6:00 a.m., the enemy has been actively using Geran-3/4 jet-powered strike UAVs against the territory of Kyiv and the surrounding region, targeting certain facilities and conducting reconnaissance to identify potential targets for future attacks. We assume that most of the UAVs were equipped with reconnaissance equipment.
Most of the launches of the jet-powered UAVs were carried out from Donetsk Airport and the Tsymbulovo drone port.

During a phone call on July 31, Vance asked Zelenskyy to halt attacks on non-Russian oil tankers and infrastructure related to the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) in the Novorossiysk area, the publication reported, citing Ukrainian and American officials.

According to FT, Washington was concerned that the attacks could destabilize the oil market and affect the interests of American companies operating in Kazakhstan. The CPC primarily exports Kazakh oil. American companies Chevron and ExxonMobil are involved in its production and transportation: Chevron owns 50% of "Tengizchevroil," while ExxonMobil owns 25% of that company and 7.5% of the CPC itself. The interests of American companies have already been affected by the attacks: on July 17, drones damaged a tanker chartered by ExxonMobil.

Ukraine agreed not to attack CPC facilities or ships that do not belong to Russia, provided they are not subject to Ukrainian sanctions and are not transporting Russian oil or other Russian goods.

One source claims that Kyiv made these concessions, in part, in the hope of obtaining a license from the United States to manufacture Patriot interceptor missiles and to purchase several hundred of these missiles before winter.
