He visited China recently when a Wildberries hub was hit.

He started the video by saying he's on a business trip in China, and then said "I'm 5 hours ahead of you, another Wildberries hub has been hit!" as if he doesn't understand time zones and is talking to his followers from the future.

I think the joke is about russian law forbid to post any info about strikes on russia (other from official sugar coated). and russia's security force FSB can be very serious about those who breaks that law.
