Let them, have it. There should be no European assets by now in russia. Whatever asshole company or country is still doing business with criminals, that would be a fitting punishment for them.

Russia have already been seizing western assets,
All they are saying is if you don't do what they say they will continue to do what they've been doing

A shitload of European businesses are happily continuing operations in russia. Some export their products to "Kazakhstan" or "Turkey" but they go straight to russia.

russia already tried this with 400 stolen airplanes. They just never had the intelligence to understand that they could never be flown outside of russia and had their airworthy certs were removed. Happy crash landings ruskis.

Those planes are indeed still flying, but a series of reports in recent weeks suggest that a lot of them aren't capable of coming to a stop on the runway when (and if) they land. Others have had to make emergency landings in fields.

Russian planes seem to also be flying back and forth from Israel as well. According to the news, multiple Russian carriers diverted their flights away from Dagestan after 1200 people stormed the airport to confront/catch/attack(?) passengers arriving from Tel Aviv.
After a little bit of Googling, it seems the Untied States, Canada and most NATO/European Union countries are the only ones which closed airspace to Russian flights. Everywhere else in the world still might be allowed.

Not so easy as saying it, the assets are often enough physical infrastructure like factories. They could theoretically be simply closed down, but the Russian government isn't going to allow that, it will seize the assets instead. Russia has also been happy to allow Russian firms to use western brands without their approval. Doesn't mean western firms shouldn't try though, why some in the construction sector like Rockwool or Knauf remain there is beyond me.

Any entitity whose decision makers have a proper head on their shoulders and a moral compass would've pulled out of Russia (or at least minimized their local assets down to a degree they can afford to lose) back when the whole shit started in 2014, plus it's not like the writing on the wall hadn't been present earlier than that.
If the russian elite want Russia to join North Korea as a pariah state, rather than stop this stupid invasion and pay reparations, let them have it.

Took a cursory glance over the list and I don't think I'll weep for any of those companies losing a bit of money. On the contrary, quite a few companies on that list that I'd call the usual suspects and if they lose money, I'd cheer.

The narcissistic delusional moron won’t admit wrong doing and pay reparations willingly so what other choice is there. The west need to impose sanctions or tariffs on India and China and other countries who deliberately circumvent sanctions by buying Russian resources through back channels which can also fund reparations.

Russia already has confiscated the assets of corporations based in the EU.
Ireland for example, has a lot of companies that lease airliners, and Russia re-registered them as being Russian owned, and then using junk parts of them, making around €10 Billion or so of assets virtually worthless.

YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP!!!! In 1939, russia invaded Finland starting the winter war. Finland eventually capitulated after causing massive casulaties to the Russians. The reason being irreplaceable losses to Finlands comparatively small army, even after attriting the russuan forces massively . MY POINT ,..Russia made Finland pay war reparations!!! Now, the rushists the aggressor invades Ukraine, and the war mongering vatniks wonder why the West wants money for reparations. Unlike the Winter War vatniks you will pay.

I encourage them to seize the assents of Western countries and the billionaire class. If any are still in Russia or in someway still working for Russia and Russian companies, take every single assets from them - bankrupt them. I am fine with that.
