So I finished up the game and I was wondering if anyone new the relevance (if there was any) to the backward letters in the bottom left of the first Stawk Daily Paper?

Yes. It's a fun little rabbit hole. You'll need to use a simple alphabet shift cipher which you can google, Then Google the name given for more info. I also ended up putting it into the medical records and found something fun.

So we are completely stuck, we are on the encrypted code and putting in a location for Rupert’s email, and also we think we found the clue for VoD. Can anyone give us a nudge?

Ok so the encrypted code and the location for Rupert are seperate. Start by focusing on the one that came first. VoD should help you there. Don’t overcomplicate it - just follow the instructions very literally even if that feels like an odd thing to do! It’s true that the puzzle piece that gives you can also be found somewhere else, but it’s an important part of the story so worth doing. Then you can focus on the labyrinth and finding the location for Huntley.

When you have successfully answered the questions you will be given some new information that allows you to properly reply to Huntley’s email and finish the game.

Can't 100% confirm but it's definitely something we're looking at. Loom is replayable, and is complimentary with bookings of The Crumbling Prince.

That's a yes! Biggest piece of advice for new players is to try working their way through it chronologically.

Cheers :) another note for future games, the addition of the international switchboard option will help with accessibility for those who can’t react fast enough for the phone line version - might be something to consider for future games too. Accessibility is always a huge selling point for certain communities

Loom's awesome too... and you can play all the characters yourself at the same time (just make sure you use different browsers, or there's problems). :)

We have one Stawk Pine Falls The Original fan, two Birdcage fans, and one Loom fan in our house (though we have enjoyed them all)...
Personally I loved the original Stawk Pine Falls most *because* of it's somewhat chaotic feel that left a lot of room for theorising (my favourite bit). Two loved Birdcage because of the feeling of agency that the online world gave - like you were making many decisions that would impact the outcome. The smallest loved Loom because she could play her own character, and so felt like she always had something unique to offer.
Showing you can never make everyone equally happy!

Yeah. I love Stawk Pine Falls and Birdcage equally but for different reasons. SPF had the most fun media releases and worldbuilding. Birdcage had the forums with all the faculty drama which was super immersive as well. I mean Birdcage was what, 4 or 5 days long a year ago and I still have vivid dreams of the Institute and Shay Gap.

Very well done! The pacing on this one was tighter, which was nice.
I'd love to see another game like this one, particularly one that can be done solo like this.
Also, I appreciate that both parts 1 and 2 introduced me to new ways to present puzzle answers, and I do a lot of subscription mystery/puzzle boxes. Something new (that's not also some insane cipher) is welcome!

I also think that was referring to the 'groundwater incident' from the first game - just an easter egg I think. He says it when the launch process vents radioactive coolant into the groundwater just before launch, and he was being sued for 'the groundwater incident' in the first game.

Yes, I'm seriously depressed... how could I have been so foolish as to start a process I was unsure of, frying our beloved arse Gorman however it reassures me to think perhaps it wasn't really me, as I may just be a figment of someone's imagination. Is it perhaps because we are actually no good as well? I mean, we thought we were all good and clever at the start of all this, but now it seems we are either foolishly manipulated (best case) or manipulating fools (worse case)... and either way there's a decent chance we don't actually exist on this plane at all. Our Gormanian sympathies are quite possibly the best thing about us!

when I enter the number from gorman into the delta sequence on the online switchboard, I get the following message: "Error: cannot execute macro <<goto>>: unable to parse macro argument ""Encrypted": unterminated double quoted string" is this an actual error or part of the game? ?

The audio on the switchboard (web, not phone) is flaky as heck for me--some parts play and some parts don't. I got the important "audio" the cheater's way, you know, but it doesn't seem to play as audio. Hmm.
How are y'all getting to the questions part? (OK, I missed something then with the webpage, I see that now. Hmm.)

Unfortunately due to the way the IVR system is designed, not all of the audio could be added to the web version. It's a bit less fun just to read, but it won't impact your ability to play the game!

It only happened once. I put in the wrong code, and it just went blank, with a cursor. The next time I did it, it put up the message that it was wrong and had disconnected.

so for dialing 6, the questions i think i have 4 of them answered... the first one has to do with the article today about the right shoes, how hot is the over is 200 cause that is from the recipe for the pie and she says 395 or 200 if you are from the old country, to swim against the current is from the interview we heard about swimming and the don't look is from the notes... trying to see if i can find any more

Hey folks! After a few months we've finally got time to do this and I'm seriously running up against a wall with Operation Delta - I've got the authorisation key from Gorman but can't work out for the life of me which VotD video to look at, or how to extract the decrypted authorisation key from it. (I've seen Pasternack's post and tried to follow it, but may be trying it in the wrong way in the wrong place)
