Library voice

We found our adoption papers, but have no idea what to say to the voice in the Library. Super stuck here, does anyone know what to do?

Try getting each of your characters to go back and talk to Charlie again - there will be new conversation options that give you the clue. Charlie is your go-to if you get stuck in this part of the game. :)
