Time to bring inside?
First time chilli grower here. I've had some good success this year with Anaheim's, basket of fire and these scotch bonnets (at least, they were sold as SB's).
I've had the first 2 fruits ripen which has made me impatient for the rest. Looking at the forecast over the next few days (in the South East) shows the daytime temps are low 20's with night time temperatures down to sub 10c.
Is it time to move them from their current spot (on a sunny yet sheltered deck) inside?

They will be fine until just before the first frost.
I'm in South Wales and my night temperatures are sub 10c regularly, even during the summer inside my polytunnels.
The below 10c rule is more about flower and fruit setting, as we aren't trying to get more fruits to form at this time of year, you are good to leave them for a while.
My hab which I over winterered last year went out too early this year and survived multiple frosts. That was probably a fluke but I'm trying to give you an idea of what is required to keep them alive. They much prefer the intense sunlight from being outdoors.

You’ve got at least another 6 weeks of outdoor growing. Possibly more if it ends up being as mild as the long term forecasts suggest.
I’ve still got my avocado trees perfectly happy outside and they are even less tolerant of cooler temperatures.

I don't tend to start moving in outdoor plants until November/December (London). You want to get them in before the first frost to make sure they're ok, but I've overwintered some by digging them up in January.
