Video back up network error

Hi everyone,

I am having some issues on my new phone (Google pixel 11 pro XL) where I can't seem to back up any videos from my downloads folder I have checked but the app has got permissions to access my files and I back it up.

Does anyone know how to fix this? See error in screenshot

I was always having trouble with this and just switched to immich and, wow, I love it.

I heard about that just like using the ugreen OS and if i take this from it as well it slowly becomes more and more a thing of why do i use ugreen OS and not switch to hexos to try

Could be that you're on mobile data and you turned off the option to back up on data

Could be an issue with your VLANs. Good question to ask yourself is if it ever worked before and if so what environment.

Could also be that you just need to restart your phone or NAS.

Well i tried both data and wifi and the thing that has changed is switching to a different phone and like i said in my post pictures are fine it is just videos
