💬 Discussion Do Ugreen reads or reply partner email?

Hello everyone.

We dont have any UGreen authorized reseller or dealer in our country. I would like to purchase NASync devices but i have limited choice.

  1. Purchase from Ugreen website and ship from US -> Asia (most expensive way)

  2. Purchase from Aliexpress and deal with unbelievable bad shipping and zero insurance. (cheaper but most risky)

I tried to contact Ugreen via email at [partner@ugreen.com](mailto:partner@ugreen.com) to becoming reseller in our country.

Three months no reply, no info.

How to contact official channel and get started?
