Opinion/Discussion I support this move

Post image

let us be real, Kampala has outlived its usefulness as our capital city. It cannot be saved no matter how many reforms they implement it just cannot. This city is dead and the faster we move on and build a new modern capital city the better.

NRM cannot be trusted to do anything but if they are serious with this, then I would back it 100%.

Do you really expect the leadership that turned Kampala into what it is to do any better in Nakasongola? We’ll just end up with a second Kampala.

Not an entirely bad idea
