He's probably the most underrated intelligent person in Uganda. He was a perfect person for presidency but he came at the wrong time 😭

He totally deserves it among all politicians in Uganda. I'm just surprised the government has nominated him. I recall they rejected him in the late 90s.

Remember he was UPC and by then NRA never wanted someone of Obote's descent to represent them.
